The calibrating machine is used to calibrate table olives in a single step, without damaging them, and processes on average 1 t/h of olives. It comprises two rollers placed at its mouth and along its path, and on which there are diverging mobile nylon foodgrade ropes positioned so as to being at an increasingly greater distance upon approaching the final roller. The olives that pass through the space between the ropes at the mouth of the conveyor are collected in the lower part, in compartments allocated by sizes. The sizes are variable according to the customer’s needs.
