Condor
The Condor is a machine designed for defoliating and cleaning olives. Its operation is by means of ventilation and rotation of the main chamber (basket), which has shown excellent results in areas where olive harvesting methods are less refined (olives full of earth and stones). The machine is compact, easy to assemble and disassemble for maintenance, and the primary mechanical parts are all interchangeable if faulty. Finally, the electrical management can be done in an Industry 4.0 perspective.
