The Galaxy 4 is the machine model that separates the liquid olive pomace from the kernel, receiving raw pomace as input. It is primarily made of stainless steel and with extremely high precision since it is a high-speed rotating machine.

The machine is compact, has a low noise level, adapts easily to the various available spaces, and also features automated washing showers for the work chamber. The electrical management allows the flow rate of incoming olive pomace to be adjusted according to the absorption of the rotor assembly, so that electricity consumption can be optimised.
