The Olive Hammer Crusher is a high-performance machine for olive processing, entirely constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, and designed to integrate seamlessly into the olive oil extraction line. With a processing capacity of up to 10 tons per hour, it stands out as a robust and efficient solution among olive crushing machines, essential for preparing olive paste—a critical step that directly affects the yield and quality of the final olive oil.
The unit features a stainless steel feed screw that feeds the olives into the system. It is equipped with three interchangeable hammers and a self-cleaning rotating screen, available in different diameters to adapt the crushing process to various olive types. This configuration maximizes the efficiency and flexibility of the hammer crusher in olive paste production.
The hammers are arranged in a star pattern, covering the entire circumference of the calendered screen. These stainless steel plates are bolted to the star assembly and can be easily replaced, simplifying maintenance and ensuring consistent, homogeneous crushing.
The hammer crusher also includes a solenoid valve for controlled water dosing—used both for paste dilution and for the machine’s automatic cleaning cycle. In addition, a peripheral expellerallows for the quick discharge of the crushed olives, streamlining the production flow and ensuring maximum efficiency in the creation of high-quality olive oil.
